Mary Ann Merva has lived in Florida for the past twenty years.  Her husband discovered the Venice-Englewood Area and they both loved it.  They are originally from Stratford Connecticut.  Mary Ann did not hesitate to begin her second career as a REALTOR in Florida.  She earned her license in 1992 .She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, Englewood Area Board of Realtors and a member of The VENICE MLS. Mary Ann holds the NAR designation of  AT HOME WITH DIVERSITY. She feels at ease with clients of all walks of life and the many cultures of the World.  She is willing and ready to serve clients with professionalism and dedication.
