Elke Von Oertzen
was born and raised in Germany. She
began her career in Real Estate in
1978.
Upon completion of a three-year
apprenticeship, she began working
with one of the leading Real Estate
companies in Wiesbaden, Germany,
selling houses, apartments and
commercial Real Estate.
Her ability to listen, anticipate
and accurately access the wants and
needs of her customers quickly
earned her the respect of her fellow
co-workers, and the gratitude of her
satisfied customers.
In order to expand and deepen her
understanding of her profession, she
worked for an architect who not only
planned, but also supervised the
construction of his projects. Daily
visits to the construction sites and
regular contact with the customers
and construction companies provided
valuable insights that benefit her
to this date. This led to employment
with other large developers and
construction companies where she was
involved with the planning,
permitting and construction of
several up-scale communities.
In 1988 she became her own boss and
opened her own Real Estate company,
which was very successful until she
decided to take a break and be a
mom.
After living abroad for 10 years in
the Netherlands and the Philippines,
where she worked free-lance in Real
Estate, she moved to Venice, Florida
to pursue what she enjoys most…Real
Estate.
Her international experience,
languages, contacts and passion for
her profession and people are
excellent tools, which she uses to
the benefit of her customers.
